- Specialized in interdisciplinary research related to Urban Sustainability , Energy Consumption (neighborhood Scale,), Environmental Simulation tools (Envi-met ,solar radiation and wind analysis), 3D GIS City modelling.
- Participated as an organiser and researcher in a research project funded by CFP in Mansoura University titled “Combined Renewable Energy Techniques, for the Development of the Egyptian Hinterlands” and in two Egyptian-German academic projects funded by DAAD. 1st project titled ´Delta-TU Partnership´, Delta Technical-Urban Partnership for Environmental, Social, and Urban Quality. 2nd project titled ´Understanding the German-Egyptian Cities by Machine Intelligence´ a cooperation between Technical University Berlin TUB, Hafen City University HCU, University College London UCL, and three Egyptian Universities in the Nile-Delta,
- Guest Researcher in “City Science lab” Hafen City University, Hamburg, Germany ( for 3 months, 31 Sept. till 26 Dec. 2019),
- Co-founder and Head of the Architecture Department in Arab Consult Engineering Office in Mansoura with practical Experience in Urban design, Residential, Office, Commercial and health care projects, Participated in different Architectural and urban planning competitions, 20 competition entry with total 12 prizes and published work.
- Participated through 10 years as a member and supervisor in ESU lab and Green Team in organizing more than 50 Different Architectural Workshops and lectures about computational design and simulation, BIM, new Architectural concepts and approaches, architectural modelling and Graphic programs training and study trips programs from 2010 – till now.
